March 29, 201214 yr Installing products into FS will work better if the sim is installed outside the program files folder, like C:fsx. Also, when running any installation, disable UAC, anti virus, and right click the installer, select run as administrator. ~William Genovese~
June 16, 201213 yr Installing products into FS will work better if the sim is installed outside the program files folder, like C:fsx. Also, when running any installation, disable UAC, anti virus, and right click the installer, select run as administrator. You know, I have tried doing that maybe a half dozen times. For some reason, Windows7™ won't allow it. I end up with two fsx folders, one in the 86 programs file and the other where I designated....FSX seems to get scattered between them.
