March 30, 201214 yr Moderator That was a very interesting read, John. WRT to the VA, I only wish I'd realized just how "easy" it was to sign up and get my benefits some years ago. Instead, I waited until my health was really getting to the critical stage before I discovered that all I needed to do was "go online" and "sign up!" :Thinking:I've been blessed to have received excellent care at the Adam Benjamin, Jr. VA Outpatient Clinic in Crown Point, IN, as well as the Jesse Brown VA Med Center in Chicago. I honestly never expected to have such caring, compassionate and yes, loving care from "government workers." :Hug:I am delighted that the VA has moved into the 21st century with their current online presence.
