Please dont flame, and don't read if you don't like stories of success and failure. :) But I put this to digital ink recently (just now) and felt I wanted to share. It's got enough aviation in it to belong here. :) So, I hope you enjoy.Link to my blog post, personal page:http://wp.me/p1ubSy-c8

Good read, John!

John, I've told you before and I'll tell you again. Thank you for serving this country and keeping us safe. That was a fine article you penned and a very suspenseful story regarding the approach!

Sincerely,

Chase

That was a very interesting read, John. WRT to the VA, I only wish I'd realized just how "easy" it was to sign up and get my benefits some years ago. Instead, I waited until my health was really getting to the critical stage before I discovered that all I needed to do was "go online" and "sign up!" :Thinking:I've been blessed to have received excellent care at the Adam Benjamin, Jr. VA Outpatient Clinic in Crown Point, IN, as well as the Jesse Brown VA Med Center in Chicago. I honestly never expected to have such caring, compassionate and yes, loving care from "government workers." :Hug:I am delighted that the VA has moved into the 21st century with their current online presence. My HealtheVet is pretty awesome!Thank you for your service to our country, and your continued service through the VA! :(
