Hi,I have been using the FSX built in screenshot manager BUT, the files sizes are much too large.What is the best screenshot software out there that can save in smaller file sizes?

Snapper is a good utility if you are looking for it. It saves the pictures in JPG form which should result in smaller file sizes. If you want even smaller sizes, then you can save in 'half size.'

Fraps also works well from my experience, but it's a payware program.

Fraps works well, but the quality isn't the best. Try the Snipping Tool, it's really useful.
