missing library files PNW - ORBX still not fixed..!

Is the above mentioned "dummyORBX.bgl" file still necessary to have in FSX\ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAA_ORBXLIBS\Scenery?

 

This thread is a bit old and I think the latest library is now complete from what I understand. You could always test it your self by putting the missing library entry in the fsx.cfg and fly around the PNW and see if it catches anything.
