Are there any tutorials out there that describe step by step how to set the 737 up from the cold and dark state? I've looked on YouTube but the videos have no narration or explanation. Just lots of random clicking which is hard to follow.

If you have the latest update, then you will have tutorial 2 in your PMDG/Flight Manuals folder. This tutorial covers the cold and dark start up.
