How do you contact PMDG for a refund becuase half the buttons on the 737NGX is not working and for some reason my virtual cockpit display is looking crap?

You probably won't get a refund, but you will get help here. You have to register a new account and then submit a ticket.

It's most likely that you will not get a refund, as it is a download product.

 

Now on to your issue: Do you have the "Global texture resolution" up to the maximum? To check, go to the main FSX menu, go down to settings, click on display, and it should be there. (The slider setting to the top right hand corner of the page)

As already mentioned, register at http://support.precisionmanuals.com and open a support ticket.

Also sign your posts. Just add a signature or something, or write at the bottom of your replies (Not really convenient, but some people like it!).
