April 27, 201214 yr Recently downloaded the NMG South African sceneries, however the AFCAD files for My Traffic 2004 nn to be removed so the NMG AFCAD's will work. Problem is, the My Traffic AFCAD's cannot be located per instructions from NMG. Anyone know where they are hiding, they are not where I think they should be, any help most appreciated.
April 28, 201214 yr They will be in a "scenery" folder, probably inside "addon scenery". If not they might be in a "scenery" sub folder of a "mytraffic" folder. Have you tried a windows search? Peter Schluter
April 28, 201214 yr Another way is to use freeware ScanAFD ... it will show all duplicate afcads and rather than delete (so final) it gives you the opportunity to rename its extension to.eg. 'bak' .If at any time you wish to uninstal the NMG software it is a simple matter to restore the default or MyTraffic afcads by renaming.
April 28, 201214 yr Author Thanx, I will try that scan...I found AFCADS but they did not match the NMG listed ones. I removed one of the AFCADS to see what would happen, needless to say the results were not what I expected after loading scenery. Maybe the NMG AFCADS listed were from a later version of MY Traffic.

I have my add-on scenery located outside FS9 main folder and thus the program ScanAFD cannot locate the scenery folder. The program does not permit looking else where, any ideas?
April 30, 201214 yr Hi Polar. I keep all sceneries vanilla clean however my version of ScanAFD allows choice between default AFCAD directory only and all scenery addon directories. You make the choice via checkbox at lower right of opening screen. Hope that helps.
