Intel 10900k @ 5.1 HT on, Nvidia 3090, 32GB RAM @3800mhz, 1TB NVME Drive (P3Dv5.1), 1440p 48' Ultrawide Monitor.

AMD Radeon 7970 @ PCI 3.0

Anyway to return this for an Nvidia card? AMD cards will bring your system to a crawl in FSX.

Correct, that setup has some things wrong if it's geared towards FSX. I would wish people would read more, especially before buying.

Run that CPU without HT, and OC more.

16GB RAM: totally unnecessary for FSX, and way more load onto the memory controller (=more heat usually, less OC), if you need it for other stuff, fine. What speed?

ATI for FSX: :bad:

120GB SSD for FSX - quite OK, but you are gonna fill it pretty quick, so you will be probably needing a bigger one quite soon

Read the guide! It has much valuable information.

ATI for FSX: :bad:
