May 10, 201214 yr Good Morning, Went to fly my NGX this morning and was prompted for my activation code. I've had the NGX since August and was prompted for activation. When I enter the code it gives me an error. This is also the case with the 600/700 as well. I submitted a trouble ticket but do not know how long it will take. Anyone have this problem before? I've made no hardware changes; everything was fine 2 days ago. I really want to get back in my NGX. May 10, 201214 yr Flexnet service is probably not running. Have you been using a performance boosting program or been killing excess processes in the task manager? Either of those could stop flexnet from running. Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64

May 10, 201214 yr Yeah, I know system time can interfere with activation, but I'm not sure if it affects the product after it's been activated. Kenneth Weir My Saitek yoke mod i7 2600k @ 4.7 8GB Gskill CAS7 2x GTX580 SLI Surround + GT520 Accessory Win7x64
May 11, 201214 yr Author I will check flexnet in my task manager and see if it is running. Very strange that it would stop. Thanks for the help. VR Todd ATP MEL Commercial SEL B-747, BE-300, BE-400, DHC8, ERJ 170/190, MU-300 C-17A Globemaster III
