PMDG or Arianne

There is a difference between aircraft capability and company procedures.But as someone with such close contacts with Air Farce you would know that...It's quite likely Air Farce have a procedure that prohibits G/S capture before LOC capture and may well have programmed their aircraft systems to enforce this.This doesn't mean that the systems would not be capable of the procedure if that inhibition were removed.I'm no fan of PMDG (I think their product is somewhat overpriced, especially if you want the 800 only but not the 700 or 600), but I'd get it any day over something by the criminals that are Ariane who have been shown time and again to be unreliable and have criminal intent.
