July 11, 201213 yr Hello, I hope that this is the right place for my question/problem : Using the Duke and Legacy from Realair I can configure all the things I need on my Hotas. Without one exception : I'm not able to use any function of the RXP library for the installed RXP GPS. I tried the CLR and ENT button in both ACs, restartet LINDA, restartet FSX - always no effect. Does anybody have a hint for me what the issue could be? As RXP GPS is updated to newest release was there a change in adressing this functions through LINDA? Using FSX ACC on WIN7/64 and newest LINDA release. Thanks Michael Cheers, Michael Aorus Master z390 / i9 9900KS / GTX [email protected] / 32 GB Ram / all watercooled
July 11, 201213 yr You need to make some changes to some RXP ini files. If you look at the file called lib-realityxp.lua, (located in the folder *.....\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Modules\linda\libs (open it with notepad++ available for free here http://notepad-plus-plus.org/) You will see a couple of sections at the beginning highlighted in green (only if you open it with Notepad++ and not notepad that comes with Windows) which will show you what the RXP file names are called and where they are located and how you need to change them from default. Basically it is a set of key definitions that the RXP GNS gauges will use, so you may have to check for duplicate key assignments in FSX too, or any other add-ons you may have installed. Cheers, Andy.

August 16, 201213 yr I updated my rxpgns.ini file by cutting and pasting the GNS 530 lines from the lib-realityxp.lua file, replacing the same lines that were blank in the rxpgns.ini file. I replaced the 530_ lines...not the 530_2 lines. Now, part of the commands work. For example, when I rotate the lower right knob on my EFIS to the right (TFC), it works. Rotating it to the left does nothing. The CTR knob seems to select the FSX menu and does nothing else (equivalent of me pressing the ALT key). If I press the CTR knob in it works. There are other commands that do the wrong thing like changing FSX to full screen. Is there something I was supposed to do besides replace those lines? Very odd. Further, I notice that some commands that work in my C337 don't work in my RealAir Legacy. I hardly ever use keyboard commands for anything...I've deleted most of them. Kind of lost here. August 17, 201213 yr Ahaaa. I found out that the Alt part of the Ctrl+Alt+Shift key combinations was messing with everything. I took out the Alt and now everything is working swimmingly. :) Gregg Seipp "A good landing is when you can walk away from the airplane.
