July 13, 201213 yr Your font is somewhat small there. Makes it hard to read. You are better off posting a ticket at the pmdg support portal about this. What orders were they? Did you purchase the extended download pack when you purchased it? If you did not then you are going to have a hard time getting a new download link off them. Always best to keep a backup of such software. I don't know if you can purchase the extended download service after the fact. As in now. Perhaps someone could chime in and provide you that info. Regards Just had a look on the site and I believe you are able to buy the extended download service if you want to. It's only $5 dollars for the year so worth it really. I went for the backup cd too though I have not had it yet. That said do check the support portal first though in case you have got it and just need some new download links.
