redownload my old orders?

Featured Replies

Hi sir !!

I can t from my account redonload my orders......

Can you help  :excl:

Your font is somewhat small there. Makes it hard to read. You are better off posting a ticket at the pmdg support portal about this. What orders were they? Did you purchase the extended download pack when you purchased it? If you did not then you are going to have a hard time getting a new download link off them. Always best to keep a backup of such software. I don't know if you can purchase the extended download service after the fact. As in now. Perhaps someone could chime in and provide you that info.

Regards

Just had a look on the site and I believe you are able to buy the extended download service if you want to. It's only $5 dollars for the year so worth it really. I went for the backup cd too though I have not had it yet.

That said do check the support portal first though in case you have got it and just need some new download links.

They won't process the support ticket to redownload until you've purchased the extended download service.

Yep I have the exact same. All organised in folders according to publisher/creator. Also I keep periodically updates on an external HD allongside it.

Yea on the same pc and what happens if you have a pc crash there goes your data that you have saved, you be better of saving everything on an external drive as lukas has mentioned above
