Looks fine durring the day, but at night those lights look TERRIBLE, so messed up and I cant fly at all. Its Like watching a slideshow.

No need to uninstall, just go into the scenery library and uncheck the entry for it. If you were using a 3rd party AFCAD/scenery before, just reactivate it. Or it will use the default

Just of out interest (having had my own problems with those lights...), are you running FSX with Acceleration or SP2?

I went back to SP2 from Accl. about 4 months ago and lighting problems have all gone.

 

If you want to delete the files for KCLT (to save disk space) you can find a "Uninstall KCLT.exe" file in your FSX root directory - that should do the job...
