July 23, 201213 yr Author How about this option. Name the flight data base the same as the FS9 database. That way it will not affect the FSX data and will only be a problem for the people using Flight and FS9 which I'm assuming is far fewer than those using FSX and Flight. Then they can choose which one to use in Plan-G. Yeah, that should be a workable solution, too. While there are people still using FS9, the number of people using both FS9 and FSX along with Flight is bound to be miniscule.

This is one of those posts that make me slap myself in the face and scream (much to the wife's amusement), why the heck didn't I think of this ...DUH . Great idea thanks.
July 23, 201213 yr Author I'll mention this trick in the future, each time I upload a new revision. :Peace:
July 23, 201213 yr Moderator I have to confess, I'd not thought of that either! Although I do have FS9, FSX+A, and Flight co-installed on my flightsim test computer, I rarely even launch FS9 anymore. So, this will be an excellent way for me to use PlanG in both FSX and Flight! B) Fr. Bill AOPA Member: 07141481 AARP Member: 3209010556 Avsim Board of Directors | Avsim Forums Moderator
