July 23, 201213 yr Hi everyone, I have started a round the world flight using a Cessna 185 in FSX. I am taking screen shots and posting it to a blog I started for it. The blog is at http://www.trbasher.com/woordpress . To date I have 26 flights in for 9923 nm and 77.33 hours. Harry Gage
July 23, 201213 yr Hey that is great! And you're flying into Sondre Stromfjord, Greenland...oh the memories. Flew RTW in a Mooney once, landed at that airport also. Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB
July 23, 201213 yr Have a great flight! That will be a long flight in a Cessna and hopefully real weather will not bring your flight down anywhere. I wouldn't have the patience with a Cessna. I'd have to fly an SR71 or something really fast. Good luck! Best regards, Jim
July 23, 201213 yr Now that's one long journey to undertake. Wishing you good views, nice weather and save landings. I'd have to fly an SR71 or something really fast. Good luck! Haha, I was thinking the same when it comes to 'around the world'. ^_^ Did they model the ISS yet?
July 23, 201213 yr I've been thinking about doing this for a while. I'd probably either use the F/A-18, or use the 777 to get it done in two or three flights. Where did you start, by the way? -Bram Osterhout
July 23, 201213 yr Did they model the ISS yet? The International Space Station? Yes, I think so along with the Space Shuttle (even faster!). Best regards, Jim
July 24, 201213 yr Wow, I didn't know that. I knew about the CS Shuttle (don't have it), but even the ISS? Now what a magic world that little sim is. A freeware shuttle and the ISS. Thanks, Jim.
