I am unable to load the PMDG 737 because it says access is denied.

Is your FSX is in the default Vista or Win7 folder? If so, this sounds like a UAC issue. The common work-around is to ensure you have your shortcut set to "Run as administrator."

Have you tried sending in a ticket like Jay said?

In addtion to what has been suggested you could also try to uninstall and reinstall as an administrator. Please ensure you have read the Introduction documentation, the information will go a long way towards helping you avoid common issues.
