As far as I remember, there's only the chance to see it, while you'll definitely see it in that Tokio mission, where you have to transfer that guy from a skyscraper to Narita in a Jet Ranger.

Yes, that are default FSX (or ACC, not totally sure) missions. They're called "Aleutian Cargo Run" and "Tokio Executive Transport". I think, I have gotten a reward for seeing the Caspian Sea Monster in the first one. Well, and in the second one you'll probably follow that thing for a while, though it's way faster than you can go in your Lear.
