I second the motion of a nice aircraft. Although I prefer PMDG type complexity, this is a happy go between. Ive never set the panel to a lite version which you can do in the config, but kept it standard. Start procedure and most systems seems to fairly realistic.

I had an issue with the cold and dark panel doing stupid things, like having the apu running and engines running even though the panel is cold and dark. Or the #1 engine kept getting stuck on the start. But that is fixed from a fix in their forums. It was a change in the panel config.

 

This is my short hop aircraft since there no real good dash 8 yet .
