Hi Pic007,

Really!i just formatted my pc with a clean installation.I have not installed anything other then fsx.

I have a similar problem occasionally, also sometimes missing textures and sound corruption.

Running Win XP with 4GB of RAM, which is probably the problem.

Is there any FSX config tweak specifically for saving memory?

Already using the /3GB /userva=2560 tweak.

Cheers

Keith

Gizmo,

Are you running FSX in DX10 Preview mode?

Using TH2Go ? If so, there is a light fix for that....

You will need to adjust your airport lights in the config (see the tuning thread) however that halo.bmp should fix all your lights (street, aircraft, landing, airport) other than the ones called by the FX files themselves through FX_2.bmp

If you use UTX, set the UTX night lighting option to 25% then install that file..

Unzip.. backup your original Flight Simulator X (or your FSX install folder)\Textue\halo.bmp and install the new one
