New -400 repaints available

Recommended Posts

Mark,

HappyNew Year!

I messed up in setting it up but finally have it all straightened out.

Had problems with the older Computer.

Thanks again for the great work. Keep it coming

BTW with MFS OUT, I do have FSX, but do not plan to install it and spend the money to bring it up to the equivilent of what I have in FS9.

Thanks again!

Alex S.

Hi Alex,

Happy New Year to you too. Sorry to hear about the PC.Hope it's up and running now.

FYI - I have a couple of those Atlas Air repaints planned. Stay tuned!

Regards

Mark

Thanks for sharing more paints Mark!

When the v2 hits you are SO going to be in demand!

One request: is it possible to make a 747 in a fictional all black scheme like New Zealand's 777?

Hi Cory,

You're welcome! I managed to get back in the groove after a while focusing on my Frankfurt scenery project.

Anyway there's more to come and I guess v2 won't be out for some time so I'm happy to send a few more repaints out to keep the PMDG 747 fleet up to date.

Re ANZ, you know I was toying with exactly that same idea. B) That one's a bit more involved but it could be really cool on the -400X. If I get that mastered I may even transfer it to the -8i as well.

Stay tuned on this one. May not be in the next 2-3 weeks though but wait and see. <_<

Cheers

Mark

Hi Aldridge,

Nice work with Polar/DHL.

Do you repaint for 67 LDS?

Cheers,

Hi Saul,

Glad you like the Polar Air/DHL repaint.

No, I don't have the LDS 767. I have done the odd repaint for the CLS A330 and the Captain Sim 727 though but the Queen is my favorite.

Regards

Mark

Mark,

Any chance of some Silk Way Airlines 744F Paints?...they have three a/c all RR engined & ex Cargolux.

Best

Hi Steve,

Actually that was on my list from a while back but then got distracted (as you do!) and never did start it. Let me see what I can do. I have a few more in the pipeline.

so I guess watch this space for now....

Cheers

Mark

Thank you for not forgetting us FS9 guys. We're still out here. My computer is fully capable of running FSX but my $$ lies in the FS9 add-ons. Thanks again.

Hi Randy and other FS9 Simmers,

As promised I said I would convert a few of the FSX repaints depicted in the posts above.

To kick things off, I have converted the latest ANZ repaint and the -400BDSF Southern Air.

Randy you were first up, so I left you a PM. Let me know how you get on? If they look OK, I'll upload them to the library and then begin a few others...

Which leads me to the next question... anyone else need FSX to FS9 conversion on some of the repaints I have done?

Last, I'm thinking about writing a mini tutorial on how to convert FSX repaints for the Queen to FS9. Anyone interested in this?

Please let me know.

Cheers

Mark

As an FS9'er I thank you for your efforts. I would be interested in learning the conversion. I have photoshop elements if that helps.

Hi Mark,

Sent you a PM. I think doing a tutorial on FSX to FS9 coversions is a great idea. It really isn't difficult once you get the hang of it.

Cheers,

Randy

Mark,

Can I get the Air New Zealand and Southern Air for FS9 conversion? Or any of the others as well. They all look outstanding.

.

I second the vote for the air NZ and southern air FS9 conversions! Pretty please?!
