I am thinking about purchasing the MD-11 as something new to try while I wait for the 777X for long haul flights. Aerosoft has a sale right now and has the MD-11X for $55. Only problem is the Aerosoft website says the boxed version they have is version 1.0. On the MD-11 page on the PMDG website the update to version 1.20 link does not work (404 error). Where can I find the update if I purchase this?

 

Also any issues with windows 7? I am guessing not.

MD-11 will be adding to the fleet looking forward to a complicated new long haul aircraft.

I would think the latest download version from pmdg would be the most up to date. I would buy it directly from pmdg. I've had this machine for quite some time and still enjoy it.

i was afraid to buy and learn the md11 but after a few days and a quick read of the manual, the plane was much easier than the NGX to fly. Your going to love this Tri-Engine Beast :lol:
