September 26, 201213 yr I usually have cockpit tool tips turned on so I can use it to properly set takeoff pitch and the HSI target degrees on ConcordeX. I notice with DX10 enabled that tool tips are now gone. Anyone have this issue and is there a resolution to it? Mark CYYZ

September 29, 201213 yr Hi all. Cockpit Tool Tips (setting/display/aircraft) will not show in DX10 no matter if the box is checked or not. This is very helpful in aircraft like the RealAir planes when setting the heading bug. Any ideas how to get this to work again?

It's totally useless in something like the T-Duke, and setting the heading bug when getting vectors to final. DX10 was looking promising, but so many little things like this, it's looking grim. Ahh well... I gave it a shot.
September 29, 201213 yr Ok.. a work around I came up with: I set up a new camera in EZDok with a close up of the HSI/VOR 1 without any effects and zooming disabled... This way you can read it and change the heading bug with the mouse wheel. I use the number keys (top row 1-0) to switch between cameras. Kind of like a poor mans pop up...LOL
