OK I'll wade in.

 

Please take a moment and try this:

1. Ensure that you have ticked the reverse box in your settings. And, then

2. Go to the advanced settings...move the sensitivity to FULL and ZREO the null zone...and that may work ....don't know why. But it worked for me.

yea I just changed out CH pedals for saitek and I got the same thing. I downloaded their software and followed their setup instructions which detailed the proper axis settings and reversing the brakes settings too and the problem was resolved. Actually when I first got my original CH pedals I had the same issue too.
