FMC on a iPad? Nah, cheaper solution.

Yeah... hmm.... I've thought about this often.... firstly, I won't buy an iPad on principle... as a former iPhone owner I was thoroughly disgusted with the rip-off iPhone 5... have a samsung SIII now...anyway I digress... even "ordinary" 7 or 10 in touch screen monitors are around 300GBP/500USD... wait a minute... I can get a "real" FMC for that!!!! VR Insight or one of the others.

If you want to use the iPad for hosting an FMC using Air Display or any of the other similar apps, remember that the sim has to be run in windowed mode. I didn't realize that when I got my first iPad so I never really used it for that purpose. I still have great use for it, eg with FSKneeboard 2 and not least when I'm actually flying IRL! :D

Absolutely Yes-Go... Although I don't think they sell those yet in the country I live.

I went to the shopping page and you can select UAE and Dubai from the drop-down.
