I got similar problems. Turning off the weather settings in FSUIPC (free version) helped a lot.

It was mixing FSX and FSUIPC informations together, what creates heavy and fast changes of winds, especialy during landings.

LOL talk about timing.... Just yesterday a friend and I were flying in multiplayer and it happened to him. I was in a 757 and he in the PMDG 737. He was close on my tail, under 3 miles, and at about 500ft alt he hit my wake and darned near rolled over! He did manage to recover and landed after a go around.

 

First time I have ever seen that in decades of flying.
