Vox Atc indexer problem

Featured Replies

Hi guys i think i found a bug in Vox Atc indexer.

I wanted to use VoxAtc along with UT2 using UT2 Bridge.

At first it seams that everything is OK, Vox Atc worked without any problems, but i wanted to update my traffic in UT2 so i installed some updates.

Run the indexer and the UT2 Bridge again just to make sure that everything updates.

But the problem was that my traffic in FSX (spawned with Vox Atc) whats messed up real good, I've had Cesnass using the right flight plans but no other aircraft's except few Mooney's and other GA aircraft's.

I had searched everywhere for a solution but i didn't find anything similar to my problem. So i tried to make some steps to determine the reason for this bug. Re installing Vox and UT2 didn't work even if i manually deleted all the stored configs and indexer files. I did notice that, when Vox indexer is going through my data he's indexing every thing but i didn't saw any UT2 aircraft's been found.

I've searched deeper and opened up files stored in my AppData/Roaming/Internal Workings/Vox Atc. Found a list of indexed planes and it was really short. So i know in some conditions Vox indexer can miss those aircraft's.

The only solution i'have found so far is to manually copy all the aircraft's from "SimObjects/UT Aircraft's" to SimObjects/Airplanes. The traffic then works without any problem's. But when i start my FSX i have tons of error regarding the UT2 aircraft's copied earlier.

I'm not familiar and don't want to (Without authorization for the developer of Vox) edit the Indexer. But maybe there's another solution

Dose someone have any idea's how to fix this ?

Ps. Sorry for my English ;)

Yes I have noticed this issue as well. Some flights I have all cessnas and other flights I have more commercial traffic etc. It may have something to do with the airports I am using and the time of day I am flying.

ok, thanks, i will check it on different airport!

I just check it, on Francfurt Airport (EDDF), I only have Cessna Grand caravan, no Airlines!

I'm French, sorry for my bad english 🙂
