My devices are correctly recognized. I checked that.

I have a headset with 3 mm jacks and an USB adapter. So far, I have used the USB adapter and plugged it on the front. Now I tested with plugging the jack into the back. But still the same: At speech training it is working, but not in game.

Yes, I have a Realtek audio device.

Suggest you unplug the USB adapter and connect your conventional headset to the back of the PC. Microphone jack to "pink" connector and audio out to "green" one.

If that doesn't do it, go to Windows control panel and un-install Realtek Hi definition audio drivers.

Restart PC and let Windows install its own digitally signed drivers for the Realtek device.

I uninstalled the Realtek drivers, and now it seems to work. I will test this over a longer time.

P3Dv4.5 and P3Dv5

Brunner CLS-E Yoke & Rudder, 2x Logitech Throttle, several GoFlight modules

Intel i7 9700K, 16 GB RAM, Geforce 1080Ti, monitors 3840 x 2160 and 1360 x 768

Now MCE is stable working, and voice recognition is no problem anymore. The solution was to uninstall the Realtek drivers.

Thank you, Gerald!

You're welcome.

It's mostly on Windows x64 that their drivers are buggy. And to make matters worse, the majority of motherboards nowadays have Realtek audio chips built-in.

They used too be OK on 32 Bit Windows.
