October 26, 201213 yr Commercial Member Julian, The service pack replaces the aircraft.cfg file with an updated version and that removes the livery entries. Run the livery manager and you should get a message about orphaned texture folders - answer yes to remove them, then reinstall the livery in the manager. This process is changing completely with the 777 and NGX SP2 and will no longer be an issue... Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com

Tabs, how can I find what version is installed, I have the captains big box but I cannot remember if I did sp1c? Will I do any harm to re-install if it's allready there? Thanks
October 26, 201213 yr Author Not a problem I just reinstalled my aircraft. The NGX is as stable as I have ever known it at the moment. Anybody else notice this? J u l ia n D i a m a n d i s
October 29, 201213 yr Mosteen the easiest way is to run newest SP installer, it will tell you if the installed version is the same, and install if older. --Peter Fabian
