I downloaded both and wanted to try it, however, instead of a panel or vc I'm getting a totally black screen, seems to be a problem with the panel, also you can look trough the plane, I don't know what's causing this but the plane is not solid, plus the pack has no sounds o_O

To be honest Darthy I would just leave it alone. It has too many faults .....easy to fix but for some reason the fix is a long time coming.

 

The Il-76 is not getting the love it deserves.

 

When I first downloaded the model I thought it had a lot of potential (still do) but I noticed the panels out for it all included Project Tupolev IL-62 gauges ...an incredible addon but an IL-62 is not an IL-76 so I immediately decided to make my own panel from scratch.

 

Then I found the many problems with the model (start eng1 and eng4 would start, slats were coded as flaps so on and so forth)

 

So I contacted the modeller and we fixed most things. So I actually have a model that is correctly animated and have the Il-76TD-90V model which has never been released.

 

Final fixes for the lovely model were going to be texture fixes and xml animation (smooth) for gear/flaps etc.....all of which could be done in one day. But nothing has happened.

 

What a shame... the model has a lot of potential. :Nerd:
