November 3, 201213 yr Hi all, Thought I would re post this trick i found, Open your aircraft config file and copy paste the airline name over the ramp entry in the "atc_Parking_types" line. FSX atc should direct you to the proper airlines gate. You have to do this for every livery. Edited November 11, 201213 yr by firehawk44 Image removed - exceeded 1600W limit. November 3, 201213 yr What you actually need to do in your example, is the following atc_parking_types=GATE atc_parking_codes=ASA *Note both fields are plural! There was a tutorial going around that used "atc_parking_type" and "atc_parking_code" that won't work!! Remember you define the parking space with these codes, not the airline name, so there is no way the Airline name could possibly correlate to the proper gate. So what you may be seeing is just a coincidence. Most parking codes in FS match the ICAO code for the airline. Exception is if it is a regional airline the code usually is the parent ICAO code suffixed with an "X" for example American Eagle Parking code would be AALX. November 4, 201213 yr Also, as your using Win 7, try out the sniping tool for screenshots, instead of pasting into paint, much quicker, faster and easier to use :-) Richard... Amateur Pilot and UK Web Hosting Guru 🙂
November 10, 201213 yr What is a snipping tool? :p0503: In Win7 you should find this application within your Accessories. i.e. Start Button - All Programs - Accessories - Snipping Tool It allows you to create screen captures of your Windows desktop. Keith Guillory
November 13, 201213 yr It allows you to create screen captures of your Windows desktop. Indeed, no more "prt scn" > paste into chosen graphics app then export/save... Just "Snip" and save... Richard... Amateur Pilot and UK Web Hosting Guru 🙂
