I was never all that impressed with simulated flight dynamics until Microsoft's Combat Flight Simulator # 1. Then it seemed as though I could feel mass, inertia, and power to weight ratio's. But ATP was "before" CFS1.L.Adamson
July 17, 200421 yr I was there from the beginning of ATP as well.I remember being in college around 1990 calling SubLogic every week to check on the status of (at the time) Flight Simulator - Boeing. It really was years ahead of its time as a flight simulator.ATC. Fly by numbers parameters. Career mode. Lots of good stuff.Right after I graduated from college in 1992, my job responsibilites didn't let me get home for the holidays. I ended up getting the East version of USA East a few days before Christmas and spent the entire holidays as happy as a pig in slop being able to fly "detailed" airports in the eastern half of the US.We've come a long way.
