I think that a company only has to identify itself if it/ the owners use AVSIM. I think that it was just a nice thing NMG was doing by alerting PMDG about someone pirating software they don't own.

Yes. Post count is only one post for the OP. Surprised it took so long for anyone else to recognize that. Also, my virus software pops up a BIG warning flag when I click on the provided link.

I think that it was just a nice thing NMG was doing by alerting PMDG about someone pirating software they don't own.

 

Except, that as it has brought up already, the link was for the AIRAC navigation database installer for the PMDG aircraft. The owner and the company which should have been notified is Navigraph, not PMDG. Besides, I wouldn't be surprised if the original poster were the one sharing the AIRAC through TBP. :ph34r:

So why isn't he alerting every company? Just hop over to TPB and type FSX in the search bar...
