Hi, Dutch. It might help to open a new thread on your issue and perhaps post what the Windows event log tells you about the crash. It might have created an entry with some details to copy and paste. This should help the support folks a lot.

As CoolP suggested, and event log could help.

 

Right now, suggest the following...

 

Make sure "fsx.exe" is set to run as administrator.

 

If you have "Malwarebytes" or "Bitdefender", tell them not to monitor the "fsx.exe" process. This is different from excluding a folder for AV scanning. Our fsInsider.dll is digitally signed as coming from FS++
