January 2, 201313 yr Hello, I remember that, when hovering the mouse on a switch or display, there will be a line or words popping up, telling you what is that switch display. For example, if you hover your mouse over the AP button, it will pop up "Auto Pilot Master Switch" in a small box. However, my FSX no longer has that. Is there a specific setting that I can use to enable this feature? Thank you Cai Zicheng Cai
January 2, 201313 yr Settings/Display - is "Show cockpit ToolTips" ticked. The only one I know. Denis

January 2, 201313 yr I guess that one seems to be "Press B to reset barometer" things like that? No, that would be "Enable flying tips" or something like that (I have the German version, thus I can only guess how it would be in the English one). Florian
January 4, 201313 yr I think Jim kindly enlightened me in that it was "Virtual copilot=1" as I had raised a thread asking what the virtual copilot was for when I never saw a virtual co-pilot and I think it was him who told me it was for those little tooltips that show up on mouse hover... January 4, 201313 yr Show cockpit ToolTips is indeed the relevant setting. However, if you are using DirectX 10, I do not think the ToolTips will show. I miss the feature when trying to set stabilizer trim precisely in the PMDG B747. . . . The readings of the 2-D and 3-D trim gauges seem to be very different!
