Try to give as much information as possible when asking for help as it will speed up the response time and we can also try it out on our end to see if the same thing happens to us

Make sure the surfaces are trimmed and the yoke is neutral. This is realistic. You can lower the realism in the FMC by going to FMC --> Menu -> PMDG SETUP -->AIRCRAFT --> EQUIPMENT select REALISTIC AP ENGAGEMENT to OFF
