January 9, 201313 yr looks good, and this is coming from an FSX Pilot thats using the latest version of REX. However with REX using 4096x4096 resolution clouds still looks better IMO, this certainly is awesome quality for freeware, and its light years ahead of what default clouds look like on FSX at maximum.

January 14, 201313 yr I'm a newbie X-plane. I unzipped the .rar file. Where does the resulting folder go in X-plane? I'm guessing custom scenery? This thread has been a big help. Mark

January 14, 201313 yr X-Plane 10\Resources\bitmaps\world\clouds folder And you don't put folder inside the cloud but the contents which will overwrite the original files (you should backup the original clouds folder first).
