I was waiting for the software in the mail since I read somewhere it may come in two boxes? Unfortunatly, I did not understand the download link and did not get it. Now its expired.

 

I would like my download link back or my money back please 39.99.

Confusing here you say you bought the dvd of the fscrew2 and now you saying you havnt got the download link? and its expired.The download links dont expire if you have purchased the download product from fscrew2 . You havnt said if you got the dvd as of yet and you havnt said when you purchased them and they still could be in the mail still, you have to check the supplier if this is the case.

 

Where did you purchase the fscrew2 from if it directly from the fscew2 site its a download link and to check you need to check your account and the download link will be there for you to download, also you would have received an email as well with the download link as well.

Im sorry, now im getting confused. I bought this software on the PMDG site.

 

It had a 7 day download link supposedly. I thought it was coming in a CD in the mail. But it would have been here by now. I did not notice the link until 15 days after I bought.

Thomas, you can make a support ticket at the PMDG website. They also have very good support.

Go to their "Support" page and login. Then you can make a ticket. They will help you out.

Tell them what happened and ask them to re-activate your download link.

It seems like you bought the Fs2Crew product, but you wouldn't have bought it on this website, Could you confirm?

PMDG do sell FS2Crew

yes they do just found the page on where they have the link, to the op just submit a support ticket in and you will get it fixed
