That is the Delta 1996 Olympics livery from PMDG. It's on their website. I think it makes that particular aircraft look nice.

I love that MD-11, but it always seems like it flies on a razor's edge, always slightly out of thrust, or our of balance, or something. I can't get comfortable with it, hence my "pig" reference. At my first duty station, my squadron commander placed my Viper (F-16) on a red "X" condition (non-flyable, in layman's terms) and wrote "Aircraft flew like a pig" in the forms. I retorted by signing off the red X with "Fed pig some corn; pig said it would fly better tomorrow." Man, did I get in trouble...
