QW 757 problem

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I'm having a problem with QW's 757.

When i try to fly using heading, the aircraft doesn't turn when i change heading.

Altitude and speed works just fine, but heading wont.

Is there anything i need to turn on to use heading?

Cheers,

Kim.

If you are following the steps correctly and click heading hold but nothing is happening, then it might be an activation issue? I'd suggest posting on their forums. They are very helpful.

Did you click the SEL button in the middle of the HDG knob?

That's most likely it. I wonder about that myself every now and then, when the QW 757 was parked in my hangar for a longer period, and it usually takes me a few minutes to figure it out again.

There are two modes for the heading. Heading select (press the heading knob) and the aircraft will turn into the chosen direction and heading hold that as it says will maintain the current heading.
