March 14, 201313 yr Whether this was posted before or not, I saw a commercial about London City Airport on YouTube. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suckling_Airways Suckling Airways? Really? That's just an interesting name for an airline! They fly between the UK and Ireland along with inter-UK flights, however, this month, they will cut all services with aircraft being transferred to LoganAir. Regards, Jeremy Chesney
March 14, 201313 yr Um.... Captain Kevin Air Kevin 124 heavy, wind calm, runway 4 left, cleared for take-off. Live streams of my flights here.
March 14, 201313 yr Suckling is the name of the founders of the airline, Roy and Merlyn Suckling, so no, not so strange. They have just gone back to it's original name. Matthew Kane I'm Dyslexic, what's an error to you is not to me
March 14, 201313 yr In fact, you may well find an old BBC documentary about them somewhere. They originally started, if my memory serves me right, with offering flights from the Cumbria(Barrow) to link passengers from that county in N-W England with flights at Manchester Int'l before the train services kicked in. The husband would pilot the plane and his wife served the drinks, etc. Rick Almeida
