Caribbean island crossings can be PURE FUN as seen on this example of flight from TNCM to TTPP

Passing northern surburb of Fort-de-France the capital of Martinique and if you look at white buildings on right side of nose of the plane, that is CHU La Meynard hospital.

If you are referring to Martinique and Guadalupe, the sceneries are by France VFR software company.
