Orbx, if your system can handle it...You could try the demo and see how it goes...

I agree with Kaboki, if you are happy with landclass scenery, and I guess you must be if you're using GEX, then wait for the release of FTX Global, which should be released sometime before June! It will turn FSX default scenery on it's head! Another suggestion, if you fly real weather, is to install Opus. It renders real weather simply beautifully. Another way of helping with the visual experience, if you have not already got it, is to use TrackIR and Ezdok. Some would also suggest Shade and ENB series, although I have never been able to get ENB to work. Another little aid would be to use FSWC from Striking software. This is a freeware and gives you control over how water looks. BTW, if you overclock that CPU of your's it will allow you to push certain aspects of your sim, such as AA, filtering and autogen which in turn will each help in their own way of aiding the immersion factor that we all crave.

I really like photo scenery ad well as orbx. Earth simulations have done some islands south of England , they are photo scenery with orbx type buildings , they are small but very good , vox atc us another add on I really like & a good traffic program is worth getting , I use traffic 360 by just flight but there are others that are regarded to be a bit better. Any aircraft by A2A or Pmdg are also well worth a look.

Yeah, ES channel islands is probably the best looking scenery I have ever seen for FSX, but good luck getting them too coexist with other scenerys without messing up the autogen buildings(e.g Orbx EU, FranceVFR)

Mmm , I don't have vfr France but I do have a lit of orbx including England , I haven't used orbx England for a while as I prefer horizon gen x so I will have a look & see if they have messed anything up. Thanks.

You may not notice it right away, but some of the autogen for e.g Scilly Island get swapped with autogen from Orbx so you get the wrong autogen in some places....If not then your lucky and I wish I was in your shoes because the ES scenery is very nice..

Well I hope it didn't mess anything up , I spent 3 whole evenings this week sorting out an fsx problem , I did check before installing that ftx central was in default mode but I guess that doesn't mean that the autogen folder doesn't get touched.
