Bleeds off Takeoff

Hello, i noticed 3 times when doing a bleeds off takeoff using the pressurized and unpressurized options the FO does no turn the engine bleeds back on after takeoff, yet during the after takeoff checklist he says bleeds ON.

You're forgetting the "climb thrust" call he'll then set one pacn an the other a little after.

Make sure you're making the cilmb thrust call.

 

It's the trigger for the FO turn restore the bleeds.
