March 15, 201313 yr Hello all, I have a problem with my FS2Crew. Since I've changed my microphone my FS2Crew is now recognising the Vatsim radio calls as voice inputs by myself. This is really strange because I'm having VATSIM on a headset and it should absolutly not be hearable by the microphone. Can you tell me how to solve this problem? Thanks Emi Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!
March 15, 201313 yr make sure your new microphone is the "Default" device in windows Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit | AMD Bulldozer FX 6100 3.9Ghz | H100i | ASUS Motherboard M5A 78L-M | 16GB DDR3 RAM | EVGA Geforce GTX 770 2gb PCI Express DDR3 | 750w Corsair AX750 | 2x 1TB HDD + 180GB SSD | x2 - 24" WideScreen Monitors
March 16, 201313 yr Author Hi, my microphone is set as the standart device already, but the problem still exists. Greetings from the 737 flightdeck!
March 18, 201313 yr Commercial Member Try turning down your mic sensitivity... keep your mic further away from your speakers... The mic will pick up sound... it can't distinguish between your voice and someone else's voice. Other option is to use hard mute all the time, and only turn it off momentarily when you want to speak. March 19, 201313 yr On the other hand: If VATSIM controllers learn the FS2Crew grammar, they can literally "talk you down" now. Stefan Keller
