Just make sure that during the systems shut-down procedure, you don't lock the controls, leave the Control-Lock lever down if planning to exit xplane, otherwise your control axis config will be lost. This is just part of the realism Javier Rollon added to the JS32 start-up and shut-down procedure, I usually skip this step in the shut-down procedure and never had a problems with my control axis. In case you haven't found it, the Control-Lock lever is between the co-pilot's seat and the center console, leave it in the down position after shut-down.
