April 15, 201313 yr Hi, I just put into the FMC a saved flight via the Co Route, then thought, I would remove it, and redo it by hand. How do I do this, as there seems no way of clearing the FMC, other than reloading the flight. Regards Geoff Bryce
April 15, 201313 yr easiest way i found was to find the last waypoint and then insert it as the 2nd waypoint in the route and then gets rid of everything in between and then delete the 2nd waypoint, this way you then just have yor 1st waypoint entered, and you should now be able to enter from the beginning Dave
April 15, 201313 yr Or, IIRC, you can simply overwrite the origin on the RTE page. Oliver Branaschky Oliver Branaschky

Those flight plans are stored in your PMDG/Flightplans folder (I believe there's an NGX folder within that folder for NGX-specific plans, too). Go in there, find it, and delete it. The plan will be in the form of ICAODepartureICAODestinationSequence#, or in more understandable terms, for a flight between IAD and JFK: KIADKJFK001. EDIT: Misread what you were trying to do. I believe what Oliver wrote will do what you're asking. Kyle Rodgers
April 16, 201313 yr Yep. Enter the Origin ICAO in the RTE page (Lineselect top left). That deletes the entire route including runways/SID/STAR waypoints airways and destination. Leaves weight/thrust stuff intact. Trent Hopkinson, 2015 Crewmember of www.mangrove.com.au WorldFlight sim Youtube channel www.youtube.com/user/musicalaviator
April 16, 201313 yr Author Hi guys, Some times when you look at the auto generated flight plans, they just are not correct and easier to start again, manually. If the first way-point is OK, then Dave's way works, or if you need to remove them all, other than Origin, then Oliver and Trent's way works. Thanks for that. Regards Geoff Bryce
