Any fixes for the freeware Malta scenery?

I seen a number of post that describe the freeware Malta airport scenery (scenery can be found here http://www.maltairport.com) being sunk in a large hole. In the other posts I saw on this topic none of them had a solution. So I was wondering if anyone found a fix for this scenery yet?

Thanks guys :-)I emailed the author of this Malta scenery he sent me a fix for the airport and with the fix you will not need the flatten command that Martin gave.
