April 28, 201313 yr Given that the PMDG B1900C and B1900D were released at least a decade ago, does PMDG have any plans for making those two particular aircraft available for free on their online shop? I can't imagine that very many people would still purchase those aircraft addons. Numerous other developers are doing likewise with old products - they just no longer officially support or update them. Just a suggestion... Matthew Bellette
April 28, 201313 yr Commercial Member An interesting suggestion Matthew. I am not sure whether PMDG will consider it as it seems that they don't even gradually reduce their prices for older products. I will monitor this thread nonetheless Alex Alex Ridge Join Fswakevortex here! YOUTUBE and FACEBOOK
April 28, 201313 yr making those two particular aircraft available for free on their online shop? I doubt it. I don't think it would make much business sense to just make your products free because they are old. Kenny Lee"Keep climbing"
April 28, 201313 yr I think the price of the 744X has come down somewhat? Still would NOT second the B1900s for free, their price isn't that high really ... What happened to AVSIM
May 8, 201313 yr The PMDG 747 is dated but still the best 747 add-on available. It has also paved the way for other PMDG add-ons like the MD-11 that has lost the company money. I think the price point of their products is spot on considering the quality.

Wasn't challenging your original post, just making a general point. Perhaps making the 1900 a freeware product would make sense if sales are no longer there. Its a testament to the 747 X that its still a sales leader for FSX payware aircraft. Regards
