I contacted the guy who made the xzp tool. Now I'm just waiting for a reply to see if he can offer a solution... btw, I was thinking if it's possible to create a small exe app that will randomly change splash screens each time I start fsx? I think it could be awesome. :)

There was a similar tool long ago for FS9, it was fun actually. it even added the logo overlay to the photos.

Ok, this program works but it's not programmed very wisely. It won't check if a picture was already used so it can show the same picture few times in a row until it hits a new picture. Damn, it must be super easy to write such program. All you have to do is program it to read files in a specific filename format, ie, dlgsplash_XX.bmp, so it will go in a loop rather than random pick a bmp file. This way you can ensure it will not show the same picture twice. I'm disappointed. <_<
