Need to check with others and make sure I'm not doing something wrong. My operating ITT is around 1,000+ (which is way short of the gauges redline as well), yet the charts say redline is supposed to be 840...but my plane never operates anywhere near that low...I know i must be doing something wrong...what am I forgetting, and why does the ITT gauge have a redline way passed 840?

Maybe someone is spiking your fuel with methanol.... there may be a very disgruntled employee where you buy fuel. Report it to the FBO ASAP!
